Battery swapping networks are being hailed as the solution, but look at the math. They require massive, upfront, centralized investment. They are "infrastructure races" where the first to run out of cash loses. If you bet your livelihood on a network that doesn't have a station on every corner, you are essentially gambling with your daily bread.

My advice? Stop looking for a silver bullet. If you must enter this space, do it with your eyes wide open to the cost of electricity, the fragility of the hardware, and the total lack of a secondary market for used parts.
