First, audit your physical infrastructure. If your facility lacks adequate air exchange, no wearable gadget on earth will save your retention rates. Invest in massive ceiling fans that create wind chill, upgrade your insulation, and use smart scheduling to move heavy labor to the coolest hours of the morning.

Second, reframe hydration and rest. Forget micro-managed cooling tech and focus on mandatory, shaded, air-conditioned rest breaks. The body needs actual thermal recovery, not just a localized ice pack against the spine while the surrounding air remains toxic.

Third, empower your frontline supervisors to pull the plug. If the temperature hits a dangerous threshold, production targets must bend to human biology. The companies that survive the coming climate shifts will not be the ones with the best wearable refrigerators. They will be the ones smart enough to redesign their operations around reality.

Stop buying toys for a broken system. Fix the system.
