Cornwall Film Festival

Cornwall Film Festival (CFF) was established in 2002 by a group of filmmakers to advance the education of the public in the art of cinematography, filmmaking and other forms of moving images including films in the Cornish language.  Their main charitable activities focus on support for the media industry in Cornwall through expand audience choice, developing education and learning and fostering sector development. We aim to promote the enjoyment and diversity in specialised film, celebrating excellence.  CFF's focus is on increasing access, cultural choice and experiences through a year round programme of festival activities, education, events and talks. Benefiting public audiences of all ages by providing opportunities to develop knowledge and understanding of film, art of cinematography, filmmaking, and moving image not only as a form of entertainment but as a way of engaging audiences in ideas, dialogue & debate about culture & society. CFF especially targets hard to reach audiences and groups facing social, cultural or economic exclusion from the richness of film culture.
